Event Planning Guides

  • Do you know what to say to the media when the opportunities come up?
  • Have you ever experienced unique challenges from your community as you plan a prayer event?
  • Do you know what Audio and Visual equipment works best?
  • Do you find it difficult to find what you are looking for with so much information available?
  • How do you build excitement and fill your event?
The NDP event planning guides will help you navigate through these important issues and more. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1
Determine the type of event you intend to coordinate:

  • Community Event
  • School Event
  • Church Event

Step 2
Select from the Planning Guides on the left navigation bar.

These guides will provide you with enough information to plan a large or small event. Just select the items that will apply to your desired event size. It is never too late or too early to begin. Simply utilize what you can within your time frame and budget .

Step 3
Review the Event Planning Guides and contact your state coordinator should you have any questions. These guides will be updated throughout the year as new ideas are addressed in the Coordinator Forum.
